Another wonderful book by Leela, not surprising at all!!! This book is different from some I've read, as it centers around a man living 2 lives, at least in a sense, and a woman who loves the one she knows but must try to marry the faceless man to save her family.
Daisy is quite honestly perfect. I love how she's not your typical size 2 gorgeous main character, but instead a vivacious, sassy size 16 who embraces her curves and is still of course stunning. Ryder is a charmer, and at times I wished I was the one he was constantly feeding delicious foods to. His only downfall was the fact he had to essentially lie to Daisy, even if it was for a good cause. These 2 are a wonderful couple, and I can't wait to get the stories of some of the supporting characters!

Lou Dahlin started reading the romance novels her grandmother left around the
house during her summer vacations. She learned early that she enjoyed the type
of story that could make you feel like you had fluttering butterflies in your
stomach and bring tears to your eyes. Leela tries to create the emotional and
endearing stories she adored as a child and continues to love to this day.
