This is my first book by this author and will NOT be my last. I thoroughly enjoyed her writing style and found the characters to be well written. I was able to easily identify with Laura and understand why she closed herself off from everyone the way she did. Caden was a complex yet lovable man who stood in the way of Laura's true destiny, with his hot tatted bad boy twin Tarrant. Tarrant... He tried hiding behind the whole playboy persona but with Laura he showed many glimpses of the true man he is on the inside and made me fall HARD. I'm excited to see what else Ms. Macdonald has planned in this series and will be checking out her previous works.
